    Jacoby Brand Beef is bred, born, and raised in Melvin, Texas by the Jacoby Family. Our cattle receive only the best in nutrition, including pasture grass, hay, and finishing ration specially mixed by Jacoby Feed and Seed. These cattle are never given any type of growth hormone or antibiotics. Our beef is hand-cut and dry aged 14-28 days to ensure exceptional tenderness and flavor.

I would rate in the top 5% of all the ones I have eaten, the fries that accompanied it were homemade and the white gravy was delicious. Topped it off with a magnificent piece of strawberry cake. It was definitely worth the 1.5 hour trip to get there. Service was good and the atmosphere was down home. Highly recommend you visit if you're in the area."

Beef is incredible quality. The Jacoby family raises cattle, and the Feed that goes into the beef. Owner is vertically integrated and meticulously monitors entire process of meat from calf to table.
